U.S. Sailor Arrested For Touching Woman's Breasts

A Sailor off the U.S. guided-missile destroyer USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG-54) was arrested Sunday for allegedly touching a woman's breasts at a pub in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture. U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Henson Justice, 25, denies the accusation, the police said. According to Kanagawa police, Justice touched the breasts of a 21-year-old Japanese woman as she came out of the restroom at the pub at around 12:40 a.m. The woman notified a shop attendant who then contacted the police.
