Rear Admiral Ernesto, head of Bolivia's Navy, said the ship with 22 people aboard ran into a storm while sailing on the Paraguay River, in southeastern Bolivia near the border with Brazil. The Brazilian navy has sent frogmen and firefighters to search for the missing.
