Coast Guard Rescues 6 People And A Dog Near Santa Cruz Island

The U-S Coast Guard responded to a call around from a capsized vessel at Chinese Harbor near Santa Cruz Island tonight. A sudden wind shift caused the vessel to capsize off the Ventura coast. All six people on board _ and a dog _ made it to shore, where they awaited the rescue team.
