South Korea's New Landing Ship Set For Deployment
South Korea's new high-speed hovercraft landing ship is set to be commissioned next month, the country's defense acquisition agency said.
The ship, code-named "LSF-II" and nicknamed "Kite 631," was built by Hanjin Heavy Industries under a five-year project that cost about 49.5 billion won (US$51 million).
