Somali pirates on Monday freed a Taiwanese ship and its 12 crewmembers held for over five months off the lawless coast of the Horn of Africa country, a maritime official said."The Ching Fong Hwa No. 168 has been released today off Harardheere. It has been there since May," said Andrew Mwangura, chairman of the East African Seafarers' Assistance Programme, told reporters. "We hear the crew is safe."
